This article gave an example of brain-based teaching strategies for each letter in the phrase, BRAIN BASED.  It elaborated on the:

  • Brain’s time clock,
  • Repetition, Active learning,
  • Images,
  • Novelty,
  • Be colorful,
  • Automatic learning,
  • Social brain,
  • Elicit emotions, and
  • Developing thinking skills.

It gave great statistics to back up some of the ideas, and gave examples of many ways to use these ideas to create a much more enriched classroom environment.
